Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Magic Mahjong Moments. We take great care in packaging and shipping your mahjong tiles and accessories, and hope you love your purchase. Please note:

No Returns or Refunds After Purchase

Once an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following situations:

1. Damaged Products:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via info@magicmahjongmoments.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage. Please note that minor wear or damage to shipping packaging (such as boxes or plastic wrapping) that occurs during transit does not qualify as product damage, as long as the tiles and contents are unaffected.
  • If approved, we’ll guide you on returning the item (in original packaging), then issue a replacement or refund.

2. Lost in Transit:

  • If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, notify us via info@magicmahjongmoments.com  
  • We'll contact the carrier. If confirmed lost, you’ll receive a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Product Photography Disclaimer

Our product images are styled and enhanced for web presentation. While we aim to represent colors and details as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the difference between viewing a product online versus in person.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on these variations.

Preorders

Preorder purchases are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for delays or changes, even if the manufacturer is delayed.

Refund Processing

If approved for a refund, we'll process it to the original payment method as soon as possible. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, as it depends on your payment provider.
